The Mental Health Association in Tulsa (MHAT) gave Marshall Lind complete design freedom over the layout and graphic designs for both SafeTeam-USA.org and MHAT.org. Unfortunately, budget constraints limited location and client photos, which could have been used to improve Site content.

Despite efforts to collect all information required to finish building MHAT.org, some was never received. This is the reason, the Legal Assistance Center and other portions of their Website remain incomplete.
